Data collected
Email address for sign-in by code; first name, surname, phone and postcode if you provide them; history of pre-reservations, purchases and reviews; first name, email and postcode for the waiting list; name, email and reply for opening guests. Photos attached to reviews are stripped of their metadata (including location).
Purposes
To inform you of openings and vernissages, manage membership, reservations and sales, keep the accounts and respond to your requests.
Consent
Creating your account (login by code) subscribes you to our vernissage announcements by e-mail; this is stated on the login page and can be withdrawn at any time in your account or via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail. The waiting list is confirmed by double opt-in. Text messages are only sent with separate consent. Consents and withdrawals are logged.
Processors
Server and database host (DollarDeploy, or Supabase depending on configuration), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mails) and Anthropic (help writing product texts, no customer data). Some may process data outside Switzerland, with appropriate contractual safeguards.
Audience measurement
We measure traffic ourselves (page views, clicks, reading depth, reservation steps), without cookies and without personal data: no IP address or e-mail is stored; a visitor is represented by a non-reversible fingerprint that changes every day. If your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control", nothing is measured. These statistics are kept for 13 months.
Retention period
Waiting list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Accounting data is kept for ten years, in accordance with Swiss law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to bonjour@artpop.ch. You may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies: the sign-in session and the chosen store. No advertising or tracking cookies.
